WALT DISCO 26.06
Walt Disco make emotionally rich electronic rock with scale, confidence, and intent. Fronted by Jocelyn Si (she/her) alongside Finlay McCarthy, Charlie Lock, Lewis Carmichael, and Jack Martin, the band channel big feeling through deeply personal songwriting that is direct, immersive, and fully formed.
Their sound blends electronic production with analogue synths and driving band dynamics, creating music that feels expansive without losing emotional focus. Walt Disco’s strength lies in clarity and purpose: the songs speak for themselves, meeting listeners head-on without leaning on nostalgia or comparison.

SKORTS 01.07
Described as psych-glam, post-alt and dark wave disco, SKORTS are taking stages by storm.
Since forming less than 2 years ago SKORTS went from conception to one of the most talked about and in demand local bands in New York. At SKORTS’ first show, an amp exploded – call it a freak accident or a catalysing prophecy – either way, from there was born a band that refused to arrive quietly.
This EU tour is straight off the back of their debut album Incompletement. Described as pure passion pressed into permanence – polished, stadium-ready rock with a DIY edge.
SKORTS are on the kind of trajectory that won’t keep them small for long, catch them before they blow up.

THE CUBICAL 03.07
The Cubical have spent the better part of the last decade building up an incredible reputation as one of Europe’s finest underground bands, and now they’re coming off the back of their acclaimed fifth studio album ‘Cut Me like a Hog” on Folc Records.
The Cubical sound is one that is essentially based in the blues, but like Captain Beefheart, Zappa and Tom Waits before them they twist it around, shake it up and inevitably end up with something altogether a little weirder. A Cubical live performance has been likened to a “rock n roll medicine show,” an assault on the senses…

BROWN WIMPENNY 26.07
A collective who mine the transcendental collective power of traditional folk music, Brown Wimpenny, split between Manchester, London and Liverpool, are bringing communities together to celebrate that rich catalog of folk songs owned by no individual in particular bar humanity itself.
Taking their name from a distant 19th century relative of tenor banjoist Seth Lockwood’s, Brown Wimpenny began with informal get-together Sunday jam sessions in his Manchester living room. Growing as large as 25 members before being whittled down to its current number of 11, early gigs saw the band take up half the capacity of the room they were playing in, lyrics being passed around to attendees too, as part of a broader ideal of reducing the gap between audience and performer.
“We see the band as a shared social and creative endeavour.” explains Anna Korbel. “We love the sense of the everyday and the normal, and rejoicing in the collective and communal. I think that’s the key to our process and our ethos. We’re not over-egging anything. We’re just seeing it and playing as it is.”
