Beats Beyond Borders | Future Yard

FESTIVAL OF MUSIC, ACTIVISM + SOLIDARITY

Clementine Arts CIC presents Beats Beyond Borders at Future Yard on Sunday 22nd June, raising funds for Medical Aid for Palestinians, Heart 4 Refugees + Save The Children Sudan.

Beats Beyond Borders is a one-day festival bringing together music lovers, activists, and humanitarians in a celebration of music, unity, and creative resistance. Taking place as part of Refugee Week 2025 – the world’s largest arts and culture festival celebrating refugees – this special event will stand in solidarity with refugees, asylum seekers, and the people of Gaza, and raise funds for humanitarian efforts at home and abroad.

Beats Beyond Borders will feature a line-up of artists, musicians, and spoken word performers from Liverpool, Wirral, and beyond, performing in solidarity with our causes.

This is more than a music festival – it’s a space for justice, compassion, and collective action, and showing solidarity with those impacted by war, displacement, famine, and systemic oppression.

Doors open at 1pm. Show finishes at 10pm.

Tickets available now on a Pay What You Feel Basis. 100% of the profits made from the event will go to charity.

TENDER CLAWS

Beats Beyond Borders

Belfast-born, Liverpool-based Tender Claws’ fuzz-heavy sound comprises powerful grunge-influenced outbursts and softer episodes, scattered with serrated guitar and synth elements. She’s inspired by the addictive hooks, affecting melodies and harsh tones of acts such as Queens of the Stone AgePJ HarveyNine Inch Nails and Pixies.

GRACE ELIZABETH HARVEY

Beats Beyond Borders

Grace’s music hangs somewhere between the melancholy, the holy and the innocent. Musing on faith in a faithless world, her debut EP showcases the Merseyside based songstress in her whimsigothic world of intricate guitar and sweet, conversational vocals. Grace’s cello playing on the record, alongside restrained piano and harmonium, frame the tracks, crystalline in their tenderness, sincerity and philosophical curiosity.

FRANCE, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN

Beats Beyond Borders

France, You’re on Your Own (apolitical), is the musical project of Mayan Jeroen and Ciaran Francis Dooley.

Their sound incorporates elements from folk and electronica, angsty vocals, and irreverent lyricism, delivering moments of blistering intensity and blissful integrity.

DYLAN ROBERT

Beats Beyond Borders

Drawing on the spirit of Liverpool and a sharp ear for melody, Dylan Robert makes music that connects – honest, atmospheric, and emotionally charged. With a name inspired by Bob Dylan and raised a few streets from John Lennon’s childhood home, he blends raw emotion with cinematic guitar work to create songs that feel both deeply personal and widely resonant.
