NATALIE AND THE MONARCHY

Live At Future Yard Summer Showcase

Natalie And The Monarchy fall somewhere between grunge and theatrics. Influenced by Riot grrrl and dark cabaret, the American lead singer’s haunting lyricism and immersive performances are sure to leave a lasting impression. With the perfect balance of angry guitar and toy xylophone in addition to moshing in a prom dress, Natalie And The Monarchy are a playful rage worth seeking out.

FOXEN CYN

Live At Future Yard Summer Showcase

Dark-pop drag-punk Foxen Cyn crawls out from your u-bend to bring sweet and sour audio/visual delights to the untethered, non-conforming masses. Prepare yourself for screams, squeals, drowning subs and breathy harmonies. If they’re crying, it’s only pretend.

PERSIAN FURS

Live At Future Yard Summer Showcase

Persian Furs’ songwriters have their roots in punk music, but the visceral intensity of previous endeavours has been replaced with a softer brand of dissonance. Their shimmering, uncut gems of melodic dream pop recall the warmth and reverb of the British waves of 80s and 90s alternative music in all its most curious guises.

AMELIA WALLACE

Live At Future Yard Summer Showcase

Birmingham born indie-soul artist Amelia Wallace found her feet as an artist while studying in Liverpool. Wallace weaves the elegant collision of components at play in her music into a beautiful musical tapestry. Her raw passion of delivery is protected by the embraced intimacy of the sounds of a bedroom musician; imagine Lianne La Havas and Nai Palm’s love child.
