TEAL

Live At Future Yard Summer Showcase

Chilled indie rock band based in West Kirby. Formed in 2020, currently recording and working on visuals for new music, they bring a very earthy and raw sound. Their debut EP is out now titled Bunk Bed Sessions.

PORTAMENTO

Live At Future Yard Summer Showcase

South-London based producer Portamento is the electronic music project of musician and visual artist Mathew Lomas. Four to the floor beats are littered with spiralling arpeggios, sampled a cappellas and rave scene euphoria. Portamento’s live shows channel the spirit of early 90s indie/dance culture, performing with just a drum machine, a synth and a voice. 2021 saw the release of BBC Introducing and 6 Music fave Reaching Out (For A Friend), a seven-minute psychedelic dance track that used sampled Motown beats against a slew of synths.

RACHEL NICHOLAS
