OMAR PERRY & ERM: TRIBUTE TO LEE SCRATCH PERRY

We are proud to present Omar Perry & Easy Riddim Maker at Future Yard on Friday 14th March 2025 as they pay tribute to the legendary Lee Scratch Perry on our very stage.

Omar and co. will be performing the music of his father, as well as originals from his own discography throughout the night.

Following the death of Scratch in 2021, Omar was contacted by the leader of ERM, Olivier Gangloff, who conceded that he was not only a band member that produced and played for Lee Perry, but also a very close friend to the late great man. These talks sparked an instant connection that came down to creating a bridge that now binds Omar and ERM together in keeping the spirit, legacy and persona of one of the greatest reggae legends of all time. The resulting album, entitled “Channeling Lee “Scratch” Perry, is a tribute where Omar keeps his identity and still explore the mind and soul barrier to re-create the embodiment of his Father LSP.
