Putting on live shows can be a risky business. At Future Yard, we want to support aspiring and DIY promoters, making it viable to take the leap.

Our Promoter Collective is designed to give you the support you need to put on successful shows. It is an invitation-only group, providing a grounding in how to book, market, budget and deliver gigs at Future Yard.

The programme consists of a two-day masterclass over, which will give you all the tools you need to make your show a success. Following the masterclass you’ll get:
– a date in the diary at Future Yard for your first show
– ongoing mentor support to successfully deliver the gig
– a minimum budget of £500 towards artist costs and marketing

You’ll also have the financial safety net of Future Yard underwriting the costs on your first show!

The Future Yard Promoter Collective will be an ongoing network of likeminded promoters who share a passion for putting on amazing live events. So far this year the Promoter Collective has hosted a brilliant show with KOF that brought a different audience to the venue. There are around a dozen more shows in the works for Autumn and in the early part of 2023.

We will be running the next intake for the Promoter Collective in November 2022, with a two-day workshop running over Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th November.
