Dan Peter Parker (Fingathing) will be doing an improvised turntablist performance using samples and recordings collected from his time with EarthSonic / In Place of War projects, using records, a sampler & live electronics. Natural Symphony is an award winning sound and light artist using the natural bio-rhythms of plants and trees to create live electronic music. Local musicians who took part in the recent EarthSonic Local programme – a music and climate activism programme – will also perform tracks – TBA.
This event is part of EarthSonic – a global project telling the story of climate change through music, working with indigenous communities, musicians, cultural organisers, scientists and climate activists and experts. The project aims to distil big complicated data and reach young people’s hearts and minds, inspiring a clear call to action and unifying a movement to tackle climate change.

Made hot and fresh in-house each day, our pizzas use the best ingredients sourced from independent suppliers in Merseyside and beyond. The result is a classic Italian pizza handcrafted in Birkenhead, with a tasty new twist.

- Kitchen open 12pm-9pm for this event. Usual opening hours are 5-9pm on Fridays + Saturdays, plus all show days

VENUE INFO
Future Yard is open every day from 10am – so you can stop by for a coffee or a pre-show drink in our bar area whenever you like. Our pizza kitchen is open on weekends and before every gig, 5-9pm.
The live room doors open at 7:30pm (this is separate from our bar area), and music starts shortly after. The bar is open after the show.
