Ticketing Information

Tickets for all events at Future Yard are hosted online via third party ticket vendors. We also sell tickets for all shows at our in-venue Box Office, open seven days a week.

Our primary ticket partner is Eventim. Eventim is one of the world’s leading providers of ticketing services, with operations in 26 countries. Headquartered in Germany and one of Europe’s most popular ticketing platforms, Eventim’s UK arm launched in 2009 and provides an online booking service for a wide range of tickets for live events, including concerts, theatre, sports and popular attractions. We’re really proud to be working with Eventim to bring you, the customer, the best possible experience when it comes to booking tickets. It is one of the easiest, most user-friendly platforms out there – and we share the same values in helping you to discover great new experiences.
Tickets for all of our ticketed events are listed on Eventim, and you can find those links through the individual listings for each event, or on Future Yard’s own eventim-light shop. All tickets sold via this platform are e-tickets, sent to you via email.

We also list tickets with See Tickets, one of the UK’s largest and most trusted booking platforms. We don’t list tickets for all of our events on See Tickets, but around two thirds will be on there. If you’re a fan of physical tickets mailed to your door, you can select this option for any of our events listed on See Tickets. You can see all of our events listed on See Tickets on our promoter page. We also list a select number of shows on Skiddle.

Occasionally we host shows with external promoters, and tickets for those events may also be listed on other ticketing sites. But you will always find an allocation listed via our Eventim page – and all the most up to date information can be found on the event page on our website. All tickets purchased online incur a booking fee cost.

You can also buy tickets for all shows from our venue Box Office. These are available to purchase whenever we are open, generally 10am-11pm every day. Tickets are physical and do not have a booking fee. Please remember to leave an email address with the staff member when booking so that we can contact you in case of anything changing with the event.

FAQs

What happens if I lose my ticket/can’t find my email?
Don’t worry – if you’ve legitimately bought a ticket for a show, you won’t be denied entry! The first things to check are the junk/spam folders of any email addresses you may have used to purchase your tickets (often automated emails with attachments end up there).
As our ticket providers are third party vendors, we don’t have access to the tickets to re-issue lost tickets. So you’ll have to contact the ticket provider directly – but they all have excellent Customer Service teams.

How do I go about getting a refund?
In the instance of a show cancelling, rescheduling or changing dates then you will automatically be offered a refund from the point of purchase. These refunds may only be available for a limited period, and refunds can take up to 28 days to clear in your account. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if you bought a ticket but then you are unable to attend. Please see the full refund and cancellation policies for each of our ticketing providers: Eventim, See Tickets, Skiddle.
If you would like to speak to a member of our team about this, please drop us a line on tickets@futureyard.org.

I can no longer attend the show I bought tickets for, is there any way I can pass my tickets on to another fan?
Yes. We recommend that fans use Twickets to do this. Twickets is an ethical and safe platform for fans to exchange spare tickets. All tickets exchanged through Twickets are sold on at face value, avoiding scammers and ticket scalpers charging extortionate prices. We urge fans looking to sell on and buy spare tickets to use Twickets as the safest way to exchange. NB – Future Yard does not benefit from any exchanges on Twickets, or any other ticket exchange platforms. We just want fans to be able to attend shows here.
See Future Yard’s page on Twickets here, and follow the prompts to upload or search tickets that are available.

How do I find out about stage times?
We generally don’t post stage times on our website in advance, except for festivals and all-day events where there are lots of artists. On the day of a show, we may post timings on our social media accounts, in particular on Instagram.
We do this because our stage times for most shows are generally the same (7/7.30pm doors; supports on between 7.30pm and 9pm; headliners generally on between 9 and 10.30pm), and we want to encourage audiences to come along and see all artists performing on a show.
Our live curfew is 11pm – often headliners will finish before this, especially on midweek nights. Occasionally, shows will finish after this, but this will be clearly indicated on the event page if so (and generally restricted to larger, festival-style events). We do this to make sure that our audiences are able to make their way home using public transport after shows.

Can I speak to someone?
You can drop our team a line directly on tickets@futureyard.org. This email is staffed between 9am and 6pm, Mondays to Fridays.
