As part of this year’s La Feria Festival, Luma Creations proudly presents an unforgettable night of music and movement featuring two exceptional international acts, the explosive Kumbia Boruka and the rhythm-rich Chapulines.
Promising an exhilarating and rare opportunity to experience the electrifying spirit of contemporary Latin American music right here in Merseyside, Kumbia Boruka are an eight-piece multicultural powerhouse based in Lyon, France, blending the heart of traditional Mexican cumbia with a fiery mix of reggae, dub, and tropical sounds.
Opening the night are Chapulines, a Belgium-based band with members from Mexico, Spain, Cuba and Italy. Drawing on the diverse musical heritage of the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean, their sound fuses son jarocho, cumbia, merengue, reggae, and more into a mesmerising live performance.

Future Yard is open every day from 10am – so you can stop by for a coffee or a pre-show drink in our bar area whenever you like. Our pizza kitchen is open on weekends and before every gig, 5-9pm.
The live room doors open at 7pm (this is separate from our bar area), and music starts at 7:30pm. The bar is open after the show.
