Future Yard are excited to host the Captain’s Beard and Roving Crows for a double headline gig, brought to you by Dark Reign.
Hailing from Brighton UK, the Captains Beard are a pirate folk band. Their music ranging from traditional folk and sea shanties, upbeat originals and downright silly songs about Cockney Mermaids, English Monarchs and rubbish vans.
Together they have released 3 albums and have toured extensively across the UK and Europe, performing over 100 times a year. They’ve made a name for themselves through their high-energy stage shows and intimate, impromptu offstage performances.
Award winning Irish folk rockers, Roving Crows, push boundaries of the Irish Folk genre, they seamlessly marry humour, provocative lyrics and traditional Irish tunes. They are branded a must see live act, bringing infectious energy to the stage to deliver a vibrant live show.

Made hot and fresh in-house each day, our pizzas use the best ingredients sourced from independent suppliers in Merseyside and beyond. The result is a classic Italian pizza handcrafted in Birkenhead, with a tasty new twist.
- All our pizzas are vegetarian and vegan friendly, available by the slice or a full 16″ pizza
- Kitchen open 3pm-9pm for this event. Usual opening hours are 5-9pm on Fridays + Saturdays, plus all show days

VENUE INFO
Future Yard is open every day from 10am – so you can stop by for a coffee or a pre-show drink in our bar area whenever you like. Our pizza kitchen is open on weekends and before every gig, 5-9pm.
The live room doors open at 8:00pm (this is separate from our bar area), and music starts shortly after. The bar is open after the show.
