Annual Impact Report 2023-24
We are thrilled to present our first Annual Impact Report, which gathers together all of our activity and achievements over the period April 2023 to March 2024. In it we demonstrate the impact that our wide variety of programmes have had, with a particular focus on our immediate community in Birkenhead.
Whether you’re a regular gig-goer, you’ve used our studios, taken part in one of our training programmes, or your child has engaged with Mosh Tots or New Noise Music Centre, we really appreciate your support. You may also be surprised at the range of other things we do – so have a read of our report and see what your support helps us to do.
Future Yard is a Community Music Venue at the heart of Birkenhead, on the Wirral. Our mission is to utilise music as a transformational opportunity, based on the founding principle that music can change the world. In our case, this means improving the lives of local people and utilising music as a force for good in our town.
We hope you enjoy this report, looking back over the previous 12 months. We have come a long way in a short time – we only opened in 2021, after all – thanks to some amazing support from the people of Birkenhead and many key partners. But we’re still only just starting out, and there’s so much more we can achieve. The future is bright. The future is Birkenhead.
We are also delighted to have our new board of Non-Executive Directors now in place, to help guide our strategic direction and help us to capitalise on this great start we have made so far.
