By submitting this form, you confirm that your school is signing up for the programme and agree to be contacted by Future Yard regarding programme details and participation requirements.
Schools commit to:
- Working with Future Yard to scheduling and facilitate in-person sessions.
- Actively promoting the extra-curricular elements and Band Clubs throughout the year through school parental and community contact channels.
- Providing feedback to help evaluate and improve the programme.
Future Yard takes safeguarding seriously. All staff working with children are DBS-checked and receive regular safeguarding training.
Schools are responsible for the supervision, safety, and behaviour of their students during all programme activities, including in-person sessions and trips. Schools must provide the appropriate number of supervising staff members during in-person sessions with the exception of instrumental tuition and band clubs, although staff should be available for support if needed.
Future Yard takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment. However, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage.
Data Usage & GDPR Compliance
Future Yard may use anonymized data (e.g., participation numbers, feedback) for reporting, evaluation, and funding purposes. All data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Photo & Video Content
Future Yard may capture photos/videos to demonstrate impact. Schools will be consulted regarding photo permissions before content is created. All media is handled securely and provided to schools for optional use in promotional materials.
Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All programme materials provided by Future Yard and work remain its property. Schools may use these materials only for programme participation and may not reproduce or distribute them externally without written permission.
Schools agree that Future Yard may use any product or work (credited or anonymised) for marketing, evaluation, and programme development.
Schools must seek permission to use Future Yard’s branding, marketing assets, or recorded media beyond the programme.
Fees & Cancellations
The pilot programme fee is £2000. Future Yard cannot offer refunds for programme withdrawals.
In the unlikely event that Future Yard must cancel a scheduled session, we will make every effort to provide an alternative date and additional digital resources where possible. Schools will be notified as soon as possible if this is likely to occur.
Future Yard is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including school closures, transport issues, or extreme weather. Where possible, we will work with schools to reschedule affected sessions.
For any immediate questions, please contact schools@futureyard.org.
