BACK OF HOUSE ASSISTANT + BAR TENDER
Minimum of 16hrs per week, plus bar shifts
£9.50 p/h
Closing Date: 4th March

Future Yard are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team, with a specific focus on our back-of-house operations. The successful individual will also join our team of bar tenders, working across our events programme.

Back-of-house work, including:
Accepting deliveries
Moving heavy stock into the cellar
Arranging stock, including re-stocking bars
Ability to stock take, including some experience working with spreadsheets
Line cleaning
Organising and cleaning the cellar
An interest and care in craft beer + speciality drinks

Deep cleaning including:
– Tidying dressing rooms
– Deep cleaning toilets
– Hoovering studios
– Basic Garden Maintenance

Bar roles:
– To assist on the bar during busy shifts
– Offer the best possible customer experience
– Troubleshoot and problem solve under time pressure

Must have:
– Knowledge and previous experience working with beer cellars
– Attention to detail
– Willingness to clean and doesn’t mind getting dirty!
– Ability to move heavy stock
– Ability to work quickly in pressured situations while maintaining a level head
– Ability to work well with a team and a friendly calm demeanour
– Basic DIY knowledge would be preferred but not essential
