NEW NOISE MUSIC CLUB T+Cs

MISSION STATEMENT

Music is meant to be experienced together. At Future Yard, our music programmes go beyond learning notes, they’re about collaboration, creativity, and building something bigger. Collaborative learning isn’t just more fun; it fuels confidence, pushes boundaries, and gives music real purpose.

Our band clubs and instrumental lessons are built on learning together, making them inclusive, accessible, and exciting. This isn’t just music tuition, it’s about being part of a scene, a movement, a future where young artists have the tools and confidence to make their mark. Because at Future Yard, we don’t just play music… we live it!

Future Yard is more than a venue, it’s a community. We create spaces where young musicians can experiment, develop their sound, and find their voice in an environment driven by discovery, energy, and shared experience.

BEHAVIOUR

OUR VALUES AND EXPECTATIONS

At Future Yard, we are committed to delivering safe, inclusive, and engaging sessions for all young people taking part in our programmes. This policy sets out our expectations around behaviour and outlines our approach to supporting children with additional behavioural or emotional needs.

We aim to create a positive environment where all young people:

  • Feel welcome, valued, and respected;
  • Can participate fully and confidently;
  • Are supported to develop creatively and socially.

To support this, we ask all young people to:

  • Treat others – including staff and peers – with respect and kindness both in person and online;
  • Listen to instructions to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment;
  • Take part in sessions in a way that supports a positive group atmosphere.

When taking part in Band Clubs at school, students must adhere to the same school values and behavioural expectations that are followed normally and and misbehaviour will be addressed in line with our usual behavioural procedure.

SUPPORTING ADDITIONAL NEEDS

We value working closely with families to ensure that every child has the best possible experience at Future Yard. If your child has specific needs or behaviours we should be aware of, please ensure that their child profile on ClassforKids has their additional learning or medical needs updated.

We understand that some young people may have additional behavioural or emotional needs, or require extra support to engage fully with group activities. While we are committed to inclusion, we currently do not have the capacity to provide one-to-one pastoral support in addition to delivering our sessions.

Please note:

  • This is only necessary in cases where specific needs or behaviour patterns require additional adult support;
  • Our intention is always for all children to remain in and enjoy the full session;
  • These measures are in place to ensure that sessions are accessible, safe, and of high quality for everyone involved.

COMMUNICATION WITH PARENTS
Any communication from the New Noise team will sent via ClassforKids platform for any session updates or important information. Please ensure you access to your ClassforKids account to receive any messages, or you may download the ClassforKids parent app to see your New Noise information and any communication.

This policy helps us create a positive, inclusive space where all young people can thrive creatively and socially. Thank you for your understanding and partnership.
